Return/refund procedures

We follow a 14-day return policy during which a customer must inform us that they would like to return an item.

The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned.

In general, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return.

When a customer requests a return from our site, please follow the below steps to complete a return:

1. Customer messages us to confirm the return address

2. Customer sends the product back to the return address within 14 days

3. Once the product is received in good condition, the item cost, transaction fees, and shipping fees are then refunded to the customer
