Shipping

Please note that the customer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes applied to the shipment by the customs office.

Since each supplier takes a different time to prepare for the order and may use a different shipping courier plus customs delays, the actual amount of time the item reaches its destination could vary from 1 to 4 weeks. All purchased items are sent directly from the suppliers to the buyers, we do not have any access to the packages other than the tracking number provided by the suppliers.

Please refer to the chart below for the time each supplier may need to prepare for the shipment. If the item does not ship out by the maximum number of days suggested in the chart, we will issue a full refund to the customer through the original payment method.
